Last Saturday I got my new XKCD shirts. Here’s an action shot of the first one, the famous “sudo sandwich”:

Um das schöne Frühlingswetter auszunutzen stand am vergangenen Sonntag ein Ausflug in den Tierpark Herberstein auf dem Plan. Auf dem Weg dorthin habe ich noch Christina abgeholt und dann waren wir auch schon dort, etwas zu früh wie sich herausstellte, da der Tierpark offiziell erst um 10 Uhr seine Pforten öffnet. Dennoch kponnten wir auch schon um halb 10 hinein. Wir haben dann in ca. 7 Stunden den gesamten Tierpark inklusive fast aller kommentierten Fütterungen besichtigt. Diesen Ausflug kann ich jedem, der einmal in diese Gegend kommt, nur wärmstens empfehlen! Hier noch einige Fotos, die wir dort geschossen haben.

HC Strache wird von van der Bellen in Sachen Wirtschaftspolitik und Steuerwesen vorgeführt, sehenswert!

As I arrived a bit late at the GLT2009 (thanks to a Maths exam) and thus could attend the last two talks this day, I can only provide few photos.

The last week showed a noticeable increase in incoming spammails on all of the systems that I operate. Especially my private server and the MUG mail system have seen a big impact on their spamfilters.

Is this just a coincidence or is there som big operation currently giong on? All of the mails that passed through the filters seem to be from the same spammer. Their subjects include:

• Open Positions
• Representatives Wanted
• West Union Group
• Regional Representatives Needed

They seem to originate from a wide range of zombie hosts, so I settled with blocking just their subjects … not exactly best practice but it works by now and will give the DNSBL some time to get the zombies on their lists.
